We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide through our website forms:

Newsletter subscription: email address.
Speaker/sponsor contact form: full name, email address, company/organization, area of interest, and a short description of your proposal.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes:

Newsletter: to send you information about our events and community resources. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Contact form: to respond to your inquiry about speaking or sponsoring. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in organizing community events (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).

4. How long we keep your data

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Contact form submissions: for the duration necessary to manage the inquiry, and no longer than 12 months after the last interaction.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. Your data may be processed by the following third-party services, solely to operate our forms and communications:

FormSubmit.co (form processing)
OVH (web hosting, based in France/EU)
GitHub (code hosting and deployment)

We ensure all processors comply with GDPR or offer adequate safeguards for international transfers.

Under GDPR and LOPDGDD, you have the right to:

Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
